The Nevada State Controller's Office passed a law in December of 2003, NAC 281.260,  which states that any and all memberships to  organizations that have payroll deductions, is now on an annual basis. You are eligible to cancel your membership by contacting us in writing within two weeks of your anniversary date of when you joined the union.
